Cake

I love a good piece of cake. One of the best things about cake is all of the variety of cakes that exist. There's something for everyone.

Some cakes are pretty basic - a single layer of cake with some frosting. Other cakes have many layers consisting of cake, frosting, and fillings of various types. I enjoy taking a bite of cake that includes a bit of each layer. It allows me to taste all of the flavors and textures in one bite. Each bite is bit different, which keeps things interesting.

Life is a lot like cake. Sometimes it is pretty basic but most of the time life is a multi-layered complex cake. Each layer could be a different part of our life. The layers could be experienced separately, but most of the time cake is best enjoyed when all of the layers are together. You might even encounter a few nuts, which can be a nice surprise.
